We want you to know how delivery works before you place an order with Back to Basics.
Where we deliver
Our initial focus is delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. Available delivery options depend on the item and the checkout address.
UK delivery charges
- Standard delivery: £4.99
- Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more
- Express delivery: £6.99 where available at checkout
Shipping options and the final amount payable are displayed during checkout. Shipping prices do not themselves guarantee a delivery speed; please contact us before ordering if timing is important.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders may be dispatched directly by third-party fulfilment partners, including suppliers based overseas. Items from the same order may arrive separately. Delivery timeframes depend on the product, supplier processing and carrier route. We will provide tracking details when available.
Contact us at backtobasicsessentials1@gmail.com before you order if you need a current delivery estimate for a particular product. We will contact you if a delivery problem affects your order. Your statutory delivery rights are unaffected.
